We initiate and maintain direct relationships with our physician buyers by targeting and selecting only those physicians in particular specialties with risk profiles that match our criteria, thereby creating a lower risk pool resulting in lower long-term premiums for our insured physicians.

We do not pay Commissions to Agents or Brokers
Since we are selectively targeting only certain physicians and specialties, it would be counterproductive to complicate the process and increase your premium cost to pay broker commissions. Why should you pay an additional 8.5% - 12% in the form of inflated premiums to compensate a broker?
